- How does dues collection work?
- Club Lounge uses Stripe for dues collection. Set monthly or annual dues for each membership level and members pay directly. Automatic renewals, instant payment records, and a real-time view of who has paid all live in your admin tools. Stripe processing fees apply, plus a 2% ClubLounge platform fee on dues payments.
- Do you support winter fat-bike clubs in the United States?
- Yes. Club Lounge supports winter cycling and fat-bike clubs across the United States. Pricing is in USD, and payments run through Stripe directly to your club.
