- How long does it take to set up?
- Most clubs are live in under 10 minutes. Create your lounge, set your membership fees, connect Stripe, and share your join link. Member data can be imported manually via the admin panel.
- Do members get a URL that's actually ours?
- Every club gets its own subdomain (yourclub.clublounge.app). Core plan and above support a fully custom domain like lounge.yourclub.com — your DNS, your brand.
- How does dues collection work?
- Club Lounge uses Stripe for dues collection. Set monthly or annual dues for each membership level and members pay directly. Automatic renewals, instant payment records, and a real-time view of who has paid all live in your admin tools. Stripe processing fees apply, plus a 2% ClubLounge platform fee on dues payments.
- Do you support active adult communities in Canada?
- Yes. Club Lounge supports active adult communities across Canada. Pricing is in CAD, and payments run through Stripe directly to your organization.
