Available plans
Club Lounge offers Hobby, Core, Growth, and Pro. Hobby starts at $5/month for small clubs. Core adds member invitations, custom domains, and membership tier controls. Growth adds analytics, branding control, and member trial rules. Pro is for larger clubs that need higher-touch support.
Starting a lounge
You can create a lounge without entering billing details. New lounges start on Hobby, and you can upgrade later from the platform dashboard when you are ready for features like a custom domain or advanced admin tools.
How billing works
Club Lounge bills monthly on the date you first subscribed. Invoices are sent by email. You can view and download past invoices from your platform dashboard under Billing. Payment is by credit or debit card via Stripe.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade at any time from your platform dashboard under Billing → Change plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing date.
Platform fee on dues
In addition to the monthly plan fee, Club Lounge charges a 2% platform fee on dues collected through the platform. This is on top of Stripe's own processing fees. The 2% fee is deducted from each payment before it reaches your club's Stripe account.
Cancelling your lounge
You can cancel at any time from your platform dashboard under Billing → Cancel subscription. Your lounge remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, member data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. Export your member list before cancelling.
